It all depends on the management of this BLACK GOLD God has blessed us with, we can choose to make it a blessing but not a curse by managing the resources well and distributing the National Cake to the benefit of all, as people are having diverse views on the discovery of the Oil. 

Let us be inspired by the Arab world, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and rest they made it a blessing we can also do the same, they used the profit gained from the oil to develop and build a nation more equipped, developed, and civilized than the era before the discovery of oil.

Nigerian's issue if that is your view of seeing it to be a curse choose it to be so why? the authorities who are suppose to manage it, managed it well to fit their pocket alone forgotten that the oil is a National asset which has to be distributed to the benefit of all, and that created Militants fighting for the common Nigerian, the power is in our hands for us not to let it be so.

Equatorial Guinea also had it bad why? because they neglected the other natural resources and depending only on the Oil for their national income, so much attention is not giving to other natural resources and now it is going waste.

So now fellow Ghanaians the ball is in our Court, let's look left and right and know what to do which is to make it a blessing, but not a curse to the authorities who are going to manage it, manage it well and God will bless you, to me and you let's give a helping hand to build Mother Ghana, an American President once said "Don't think of what your country will do for you, think of what you will do for your country.
